Dr. Ali is the practice owner of Alma Animal Hospital in Allen and 121 Animal Hospital in Frisco. Before moving to Dallas in 2002, he practiced for several years in the beautiful Windsor, Canada. In 2004, with the help of his brothers, Dr. Ali built and opened Alma Animal Hospital. Alma Animal Hospital is where Dr. Ali got to know many of his current clients and staff that would soon become both friends and family. Many years later, Dr. Ali and his brothers decided to grow and build another location. In 2011, 121 Animal Hospital was built so that he and his staff could offer their services in a broadened area. He is proud that both facilities employee friendly and caring staff that tirelessly practice high end care.

Carma JohnsonCARMA

Office Management Team

Hi! My name is Carma, and I’ve worked with Dr. Ali since 2004. I started working in the kennel at Alma Animal Hospital just a few months after it opened, and gradually started learning more of the technician and reception areas as well. I currently help out at both facilities in all areas along with assisting any new employees as they get acquainted with everything. I enjoy working closely with our patients, as well as getting to know their stories and meeting their families. I’ve always had a soft spot for animals, which is why when we were younger, my sister and I would bring home any type of creature we thought was in need of assistance. I believe that pets have the ability to bring love into anyone’s heart, and it is up to us to ensure their well-being, just as they do for us. I understand that each one brought into the clinic is playing a very important role in someone’s life. My goal is to help create an environment at our hospitals that make all pets, clients and staff feel welcome. After all, we are all in this together.
