"I had to make the difficult decision to say goodbye to my elderly cat today. 121 animal hospital was able to see me quickly when my vet couldn't fit me in, even though I hadn't been there before. They were incredibly compassionate, professional, and made this process as easy as possible for me. I wouldn't have been able to get through this if they hadn't been so caring. Thank you for making a terrible day a little bit better. ♥️"
